Agent's Zone

This zone is devoted to helping agents maintain their listings. Agents can create new listings, change information on existing listings or make a change that effects the history of the item. History changes are limited to status change, price change or adding a comment regarding the sale of the item.

These plans are designed for agents, contractors, or any other individuals who wish to have multiple listings for selling or renting.

When you create your site it will start with a status of "Pending". This gives you a chance to look it over before committing. You have 24 hours to activate the site by using the payment screen. Upon payment your web site will show a status of "Active".

The activation period covers 30 days. Prior to the expiration, you will be sent an email reminder. You can extend the expiration by another 30 days at anytime, and as many times as you would like.

There are 2 plans to choose from.
Small, $9.95. The small plan allows you up to 10 listings.
Large, $19.95. This plan allows up to 99 listings.

Both plans include your agent home page, which tells about you, your services and listings.

There are no additional charges for setting up listings. You are restricted by the number of listings in your plan. If you need more, you can upgrade during the month.
