The charge for setting up a servicer site is $2.95 per 30 days.

When you create your site it will start with a status of "Pending". This gives you a chance to look it over before committing. You have 10 days to activate the site by using the payment screen. Upon payment your web site will show a status of "Active".

The activation period covers 30 days. Prior to the expiration, you will be sent an email reminder. You can extend the expiration by another 30 days at anytime, and as many times as you would like.
